What should I do to prepare for my lash appointment?
“Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes for at least 24 hours before your appointment.”
What is your cancellation policy?
“I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of your deposit.”
Do you accept walk-ins?
“Currently, I am appointment-only to ensure each client gets the time and attention they deserve. Please book ahead to secure your spot!”

Can I bring a friend or child to my appointment?
“To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment.”
Aftercare & Maintenance:
How do I clean my lash extensions?
“Use a gentle, oil-free lash cleanser and a soft
brush to clean your lashes daily. This helps prevent build-up and keeps your extensions looking fresh.”
Lash Extensions:
How long do lash extensions last?
“With proper care, lash extensions can last between 2-4 weeks. I recommend booking a fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain your desired look.”
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
“No, when applied correctly and with proper aftercare, lash extensions won’t damage your natural lashes. I’m committed to maintaining the health and integrity of your natural lashes.”
Can I wear mascara with my lash extensions?
“It’s best to avoid mascara, as it can cause your extensions to clump and may shorten their lifespan. If needed, only use a water-based mascara on the tips of your lashes.”
